Sticker pack
At studio LUFF we have a point of view, and here are some of the things we believe in in a sticker pack. We advocate for a new social dream, that pushes back on the world of comforts and conveineces that are detaching us from each other, the planet and ourselves. We say not to convenience culture, we reject the new space race for non scientific reasons and we long for a more sustainable living. Here are three stickers:
DEFUND SPACE TOURISM
We are already space travelers, with an expansive panoramic view of the aether, our vessel protecting us from frigid temperatures and radiations.
Actual and wannabe space tourists often think lightly about their impact, both culturally and environmentally. Space tourism it’s an elitist dream while choosing to stay and wonder through the night sky, seek peace, harmony, and equilibrium represents an evolutionary step in elevating our intelligence to embrace our most human aspects of life.
NO TO CONVENIENCE CULTURE
Convenience culture sucks. We imagine a technological revolution where sharing, knowledge, customization, and play are the drivers of progress, not comfort, extraction, or attention.
It's too easy to press a button on a smartphone and get almost anything, a dog walker, groceries at your doorstep, an hour in someone’s private swimming pool. Meanwhile, we receive recommendations for the music we listen to, the food we eat, and the entertainment we consume; removing the need to be intentional about our consumption, while our taste gets reduced to an algorithm’s analysis and our awareness of the impact, social and environment, of our choices is harder and harder to grasp.
Say no to the enshittification of the world, say “no to convenience culture”.
LESS MEAT LESS HURRICANES
Here's the deal: meat is just a climate unfriendly food. Meat production is the leading cause of deforestation in tropical rainforests, contributing to climate change through warming, heavier rainfalls, and stronger hurricane seasons.
Just eat less of it!
